How do I purchase a copy of the System Integration Server?

Companies can obtain Whitefeld software from your local Avaya Business Partner/Dealer, your Avaya Client Executive or directly from Whitefeld. As an Avaya Compliant Tested application, it is possible to order Whitefeld software on an Avaya contract. The System Integration Server is the next generation of our successful and award winning XTAPI product.

 

Which Avaya PBXs and Computer Telephony Server versions are required by will the System Integration Server?

The System Integration Server/XTAPI server was compliance Tested in the following configuration: Avaya 8700 Media Server with Avaya Computer Telephony 1.3. The System Integration Server has been internally tested with many Avaya PBX versions including the 8300 and 8500 Media Servers with the Avaya AES Application Enablement Services. It also works with the Definity G3 series using all version of Avaya Computer Telephony and Avaya CentreVu CT version 9.1 and above.

 

What are the minimum requirements for the System Integration Server?

Server requirements really depend on a number of factors including your busy hour call volume, the complexity of the call routing rules, the number of database access and the complexity of the screen pops. That said, the minimum requirements for the System Integration Server is as follows: Windows Server 2003 (Standard or Enterprise) SP2, .NET Framework 3.5 and IIS installed, all Updates applied, Pentium 4, 3.2GHz with 1Gb RAM, 2Mb of disk space. The typical configuration would be a single processor Xeon, 2.0GHz with 2Gb of RAM and 10Gb of free disk space.

 

What are the minimum requirements for the System Integration Server workstations?

If the Whitefeld System Integration Client is not being used, there are no minimal requirements. Requirements for such a configuration rest solely on the applications running on the workstation. If the Whitefeld client is to be used, the minimum Workstation requirements are as follows: Windows XP Professional SP3, Windows Vista, .NET Framework 3.5, all Operating System Updates applied, Pentium, 300MHz with 256Mb RAM, 2Mb of disk space. The typical minimum configuration would be a Pentium 4, 2.8GHz with 512Mb of RAM and 2Mb of free disk space.
